Use the OEM SKU (e.g. 99014) to match width × height (mm) and labels per roll.
White paper or clear film
Shipping and barcodes favour white thermal paper; gift packaging may prefer clear address labels (99013).

Do I need ink or ribbon?
LabelWriter thermal rolls are direct thermal—typically no ink or ribbon. TZe laminated tapes follow the printer’s tape-cassette design.
Will labels jam?
Correct size, core, and loading usually run smoothly. If jams persist, send your model and photos—we’ll help troubleshoot.
When to use clear 99013?
Gift boxes, clear packaging, branded bags where you want a low-visibility label. Prints black; dark or busy backgrounds can be hard to read.
