Sheet metal & structure

Enclosures, panels, brackets — the skeleton of a physical product. From 3D to coating, turn a shape into manufacturable metal parts. Pilot tools: 3d.mmtechhk.com sheet-metal workbench (parametric plate + open 3D/STEP).

Parts & component sourcing

Displays, PSUs, sensors, locks, plastics, cables — keep the supply chain steady so the chassis is never waiting on missing parts.

  2. Procurement & incoming QC

    RFQ, samples, batch buys and incoming checks so the assembly line stays fed.

03 Live

Electronics & MCU development

Control boards, sensing, motor/solenoid drive, connectivity — turn a metal shell into a terminal that moves and reports.

  1. MCU / firmware

    Dispense logic, sensor reads, low-level comms and fail-safe shutdown — written into firmware you can iterate.

  2. Board-level & interface integration

    Align displays, payment modules and I/O expanders so hardware interfaces match firmware protocols.

04 Live

Android & software platform

UI, membership, payments, back office and APIs — the experience users see and the data operators need, delivered by one team. You can also choose our software subscription: from HK$500/month with hosting, and ongoing changes within your subscribed scope.

    Touch UI, offline strategy, and firmware/peripheral comms for vending, interactive terminals and self-service devices.

  2. Back office, payments & APIs

    Device management, reporting, Octopus / FPS / card payments, and APIs into your existing systems.

  3. Software subscription

    Monthly plan: base from HK$500/mo (hosting included); each feature module +HK$100/mo; change count not capped inside scope.

05 Live

Assembly, bring-up & quality

Structure + electronics + software meet in hardware for the first time. A pilot unit must run stably before production talk.

  1. Final assembly & harnessing

    Chassis, boards, displays and mechanisms assembled; cables dressed and secured into a shippable unit.

  2. Functional test & fix loops

    Payments, dispense, sensors, network and soak tests — issues flow back to structure, firmware or app quickly.

06 Live

Deploy, monitor & modular evolution

Go-live is not the end. Pilot with core features, then add modules as the business grows — the same chain can iterate.

  1. On-site deploy & support

    Install, network, payment enablement and critical-incident support so devices run in real venues.

  2. Remote monitoring & feature evolution

    Status monitoring and remote updates; add membership, reports or new payments later without rebuilding the machine.
